Write to chill out

If you are stressed and find life overwhelming, one thing you can try is writing down your thoughts and ideas.

Psychiatrists recommend it. Many world-class achievers do it regularly.

You can write whichever way to prefer. It is better if kept secret and no one is allowed to read it. That way while writing you will not filter yourself to sound pleasing and dive down deep in the dark depths of your psyche and pull out nasty thoughts.

You can write as little as a single paragraph per day or much as you want. Don’t forget to eat and sleep, though.

By putting down on paper, most anxiety-inducing thoughts lose their power and you end up with a clearer perception.

Do it long enough and see the benefits for yourself.
