When bad luck strikes
When you are playing any game involving dice, you do not curse yourself or yell “Why me?” each time the dice shows one. You accept it and, on the next turn, you throw the dice again and try once more.
But in life, we behave differently. When bad luck strikes, which is as random in life as a throw of dice, we think that bad luck chose us in some way.
We take it personally. We dig ourselves into a deeper hole.
Many times we even stop taking action afraid of more bad luck.
But that is precisely what we must do. We must pick ourselves up and think about one more turn.
Because this game of life ends at death and before that, you are always in the game.
