Today meditation was helpful

I implemented my yesterday’s idea of reading and meditating over some of the writing ideas before I write and it helped me today to write some 200 words.

This may due to the fact that it really helps. Or it may be because I am excited to use this new trick and once its novelty wears off, and I forget about the meditation, I will fall back to my default state and start missing writing.

That means, a solution to that problem would be to set a reminder for prompting me to mediate daily over the points. Let’s see how this goes.
