In business, we, as a rule, strive for profits. How else are you supposed to make that sweet sweet money?

But profits are just an exchange of value. The more value we give, the more money we get as a return.

How we must strive for value is by striving for end-user satisfaction in all respects. Once we get that down clearly, everything else falls into place like meteors fall on earth.

Money muddies the focus though and many good companies end up ignoring the customers as they gain a lot more wealth.
