Routine and blindness
We are animals of routine. Life forces us to settle down in a routine and we repeat actions over and over again.
But that can blind us.
To what?
Often, the world out there shifts to a better routine than we use. That makes us outdated and inefficient. We end up using tools that have much better efficient replacements.
It’s like using an old programming technique to solve a new problem.
We must be willing to walk out of our comfort zones now and then and look for better ways to replace our routine.
