Prepare for your losses

In life, we all are going to meet some losses. Some face more than others and, that is part of one’s luck.

We may lose our parents, our partners, our children, our friends, or our pets to death. Our partner may leave us in an unhappy relationship. We may lose our wealth for whatever reason.

Prepare mentally for these losses that we are probable to face in life.

We will, thus, evade the losses that we can and better accept the losses that we cannot. Being mad at life isn’t going to make it any better (yet).

Being prepared will help you to focus on things that you have and matter in the present and let go of the past.

We only have so much time before we will lose our own life. But that is one loss we will never realize and get to see.
