No government should have free reign
If we support a government, we often find ourselves hating the opposition.
We think that each step the government takes is good and flawless.
If everyone began to think this way and there was no one left to question the government, that would create a dystopia the likes of which exist in dark sci-fi novels.
The opposition is necessary. Criticism is an integral part of democracy.
The government should always be open to criticism and improve from it instead of silence it and supporters should aim to find flaws with the government. The government must never have free reign.
