Make a habit of asking why

Too often we go around doing things without knowing why we are doing them.

We have a tendency to go with the flow. That worked very well in the past and that is why our species is here.

But it may not work for every individual in the current times which is as different from the prehistoric past as apples and oranges.

We must, therefore, cultivate a habit of asking why regularly to whatever we are doing and what we plan to do. This way we will have some clear view of the path ahead and if we are doing something mindlessly, we may stop and focus on something better prospects.

It is not an easy habit, but if we seek happiness, we must mold it into our brains.
