Lower-back pain signals weakness
More and more people have largely sitting jobs in the current era. After all that work, which can be mentally exhausting if not physically, very few people care to life some weights. So naturally, we do not see fit, lean people walking around us but unhealthy, obese people dragging about.
One of the largest health complaints right now is lower back pain. All that resting your ass on a chair makes your lower back weak like a single strand of thread.
If you have lower back pain, no matter how long, consider it as a signal that you need to workout and you have anything but a fit body. Just because your heart is pumping blood and you can watch TV does not mean you are healthy. Get off your ass and lift some weights.
Our ancestors lifted weights because they had no choice. We must lift weights because we have no choice either.
