Indian second wave of coronavirus

The second wave of coronavirus has arrived in India after a mysterious absence and a lovely foreign tour.

It had given the impression to Indians that we have beat the pandemic just by our sheer collective immunity. But Covid is back with vengeance.

And this time, it is crossing the previous highs from last year.

The good news is that, this time we have the vaccination drive underway and that may soon slow down the spread of the virus and prevent most of the deaths. But only time will tell what will happen.

Till then, we must stay protected and follow the basic precautions.
