I have started meditating!

I have begun daily meditation. I meditate for 10 minutes per day before I sleep and, I am going to stick to this schedule for the next few weeks or months.
As I mentioned in my past post on meditation, I was fed up of not meditating and decided that I need to sit on my ass and “just do it”.
I am a novice. I don’t know the proper technique but I am not going to wait for perfection to start. I will learn as I go and become better.
Weeks or months later, the benefits will start flowing in.
