Give yourself a small update

You’re worth it.

Most probably, you use a smartphone with hundreds of apps in it.

Have you ever noticed that these apps get constant updates? The developers are making tiny regular improvements in their apps and, with each update, you get a better experience.

The seemingly bugless app that you are using now wasn’t as perfect always.

It became so due to the constant updates.

You can apply that to your life as well. Give yourself a small update and see how you feel. Take up a new productive habit and follow it regularly like workout or reading.

If you stop your new habit/update after few days, it wasn’t an update. An update should stay permanent.

Imagine how you’d feel if an app had a bug and it was fixed for a few days and, then it came back with a vengeance after a few days? You’d uninstall that app while cursing it immediately.

Before you resolve to give yourself a small update, decide that you will keep it permanent.

Then once that update is rooted deep inside you, work towards another update. This way, you will build a fantastic ever-improving version of you with constant updates. And similar to an app, you will be able to do anything you want with enough updates.
