Don’t just criticize. Appreciate too
Due to the current social media environment and echo chambering, people end up criticizing the opposing side (whatever it may be).
Some of these people become so extreme that all they can do is find faults in anything and everything.
When you just criticize everything you see and have very little appreciation for other things, people start despising you and your company. They start to roll their eyes when you being to complain.
Criticize. It is a way to bring change in the world. But be selective about it. If you have no one to listen to your criticisms, how will the world change? Because by definition, when you are criticizing in any form, you are communicating.
Be careful. Don’t be blind to human interactions.
